Ok Baazi (okbaazi.com) is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Ok Baazi and its users.
These terms apply to the ok baazi website, mobile app, and all associated services. They remain in effect regardless of the device or platform you use to access ok baazi.

Withdrawals above a certain amount require completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This process involves submitting your National ID and a selfie. Withdrawals may be limited until KYC is completed.
Ok Baazi accepts deposits through Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are typically credited to your account within a few minutes.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. However, large withdrawals may be delayed until KYC verification is complete.
Ok Baazi operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). For transactions involving foreign currencies, the applicable exchange rate will be applied.

All bets placed on Ok Baazi are verified by the system before being confirmed. If a bet is not accepted for any reason, the relevant funds will be returned.
Odds in live betting can change at any moment. The odds at the time a bet is confirmed are considered final. Ok Baazi reserves the right to adjust odds on any bet.
If an event is cancelled or suspended, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. However, if the match result has already been determined, the bet will be settled as normal.
Using Ok Baazi's cash-out feature, you can withdraw part or all of your winnings before a match ends. Cash-out may not be available in all markets at all times.
New users will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The bonus amount and terms are detailed on the promotions page. This bonus can only be claimed once.
Each bonus comes with wagering requirements. Withdrawals from bonus funds are not allowed until the wagering conditions have been met. Typically, a wagering requirement of 10–30x the bonus amount applies.
Ok Baazi closely monitors bonus abuse. Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, placing opposing bets, or using any other strategy to game bonus requirements will be treated as abuse and the bonus will be forfeited.

You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and betting limits from your account settings. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately, while increasing one may take up to 24 hours to come into force.
If needed, you can temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months. You will not be able to log in during this period. Once the break ends, your account will be reactivated automatically.
If you feel that betting is having a negative impact on your life, you may request permanent account closure. This decision is final and cannot be reversed.

Upon account closure, valid funds (excluding bonuses) will be returned, unless forfeiture applies due to fraudulent activity.

Decisions made by Ok Baazi's management committee are final. In betting disputes, system logs and database records will be treated as authoritative evidence.
